The short version

This website doesn’t use advertising trackers or sell data. If you contact us, we use what you send only to reply and to work with you.

What we collect

• Messages you send us — by email, WhatsApp or Instagram — including your name, business and whatever you choose to share.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records to keep the site secure and fast (such as IP address and browser type, kept briefly in server logs).
• One preference on your device: if you type a brand name into the demo, it’s saved in your browser’s local storage so the demo remembers it. It never leaves your device.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work you hire us for and send related updates. We don’t use your information for anything else without asking.

Client projects

When we build websites, AI agents or automations for you, the accounts and data live in services you own. We access them only as needed to build and support your project, and we’re happy to sign an NDA or data-processing agreement.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of providers to run this site and communicate with you (hosting, email, messaging), each bound by their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@kestrelhaus.com.
